Follaton Water Services provides regular, scheduled servicing to homes and businesses supplied by private borehole, well, or spring water across Devon and the South-West.

We keep a database of each and every site, showing the equipment each customer has, and when the next service is due. This enables us to remind you, via letter, when your water system needs to be serviced, and also to bring along the correct filtration media, resins, injector valves, UV bulbs, filtration cartridges, capacitors, etc for your system, so we can service in a single visit, and provide a thorough, but cost effective service for you.

Our aim, like a car service, is to replace consumable parts before they fail, to check the system for any weak spots to prevent future failures, and leave you with peace of mind.

Where required, we also provide a water sampling and testing service, with our partners at a local UKAS accredited laboratory, to check either your treated water, or your raw water, for any failures.
