Our mission is never to leave you without water. We set about this mission in 3 ways
1. We design a durable water treatment and pumping system, based on experience, excellent product choices, and good science
2. We work with our customers to provide regular, preventative maintenance
3. In the event that despite all of the above, something in your water system still fails and causes either dirty water or no water, we will get to you, even during evenings and weekends. we will attend sites which are managed by other installers too.
Many failures can by rectified over the phone, those requiring a weekday site visit will be prioritised over scheduled work. Those requiring a weekend/evening call out will incur an out of hours fee and we will get to you as soon as possible.
